Mental Health

Me, Myself and I

'Me myself and I' is a new mental health awareness program designed to improve the mental health and well-being of young people in a new and exciting way. The programme is designed to get young people enthusiastic to learn and value the importance of having good mental health and well-being.

We want young people to be happy to talk about mental health.

One of the aims of the project is to flip the negative narrative around the words "mental health", we usually hear someone might be suffering from bad mental health or someone may have a mental health problem but what we don't talk about enough is the displays of good mental health and the role it plays in our everyday life to help us move closer to fulfil our full potential.

Examine, identify, understand, apply.
